We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and the DMCC data-protection rules. Where we process data of individuals located in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) additionally applies pursuant to Art. 3(2).

What data we process
- Contact and communication data (name, company, email, phone, enquiries).
- Contract and billing data in the context of risk-coverage services.
- Technical usage data when visiting this website (server logs, IP address, browser / device information, time of access).
- Cookie and tracking data, where you have consented (see Cookie Policy).
Purposes & legal bases
We process data to initiate and perform contracts, to respond to your enquiries, to operate and secure the website, to comply with legal obligations and — based on your consent — for analytics and marketing. The legal bases are in particular consent (Art. 6 PDPL), contract performance and legitimate interests, in each case to the extent permitted under UAE PDPL.
Recipients & processors
Data is shared only with carefully selected service providers that support us in operating the website, hosting, communication and contract execution (e.g. hosting, email, analytics, CRM and risk-carrier partners). They are contractually bound to protect the data.
International data transfers
As EMIRAT operates internationally, data may be transferred to countries outside the UAE. Such transfers only take place where the recipient country offers an adequate level of protection or appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses, explicit consent) under the PDPL are in place.
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations (in particular UAE commercial and tax law).
Your rights (PDPL)

- Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure or restriction of processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to withdraw consent with future effect.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

For data subjects located in the EU, the same rights additionally apply under Art. 15–22 GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority of the EU member state of their residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
