These terms govern the use of this website and the provision of risk-coverage and advisory services under the EMIRAT brand by The Rockets Consulting DMCC, Dubai (UAE).
Last updated: May 2026
Provider
The provider of this website and the services offered is The Rockets Consulting DMCC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, registered in the DMCC Free Zone register. EMIRAT is operated by The Rockets Consulting DMCC. For address and contact details see the Legal Notice.
Scope
These terms apply to all contracts between The Rockets Consulting DMCC and its business clients for risk-coverage, brokerage and advisory services, as well as to the use of this website. The customer's own terms and conditions do not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
Our services are intended exclusively for businesses (B2B). Contracts with consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) or Art. 2(b) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive are not intended.
Services
EMIRAT arranges and brokers risk coverage for marketing and sales promotions (prize, redemption and prediction coverage) and related advisory and handling services. The specific scope, premiums, deadlines and coverage limits are governed exclusively by the respective written individual contract.
Conclusion of contract & fees
Offers are non-binding. A contract is only formed through our written order confirmation or the counter-signing of a contract document. Fees are agreed in the individual contract as a fixed premium and are due for payment before the start of the covered campaign unless otherwise agreed. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g. UAE VAT).
Customer cooperation duties
The customer must provide all information required to assess the risk completely, on time and truthfully. Any changes to the campaign mechanics, reach or terms of participation must be agreed in writing before implementation. Breach of these duties may result in coverage being reduced or voided.
Liability
Liability of The Rockets Consulting DMCC is limited to intent and gross negligence; otherwise liability is — to the extent permitted by law — capped at the amount paid by the customer under the relevant individual contract. Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit or reputational harm is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Confidentiality
Both parties treat each other's business secrets and confidential information as confidential and use them solely for the purpose of performing the contract.
Data protection
Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law / PDPL) and applicable DMCC data-protection rules. For details please see our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this website (texts, images, logos, trademarks — in particular the EMIRAT brand) is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any use without the express written consent of The Rockets Consulting DMCC is prohibited.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms and all contracts are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) Free Zone. The competent courts in Dubai (DMCC / Dubai Courts) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, to the extent permitted by law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
Mandatory protective provisions of the law at the customer's place of business — in particular mandatory EU data-protection law (GDPR) vis-à-vis EU-based customers — remain unaffected by this choice of law.
Severability
Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
